Receptionist/Front Office Help

About the Job
We are seeking a receptionist/front office helper to join our team.  In this role, you will be reponsible for managing our front desk and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a key role in making a positive impression on our visitors and providing essential support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones.
  • Generate work orders.
  • Submit online requests for utility locates.
  • Register vehicles monthly with Comal County tax office.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries.
  • Order office and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist office manager as needed.
  • Assist owner as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Able to work part time afternoons (12:30 - 4:30) Monday through Friday.
  • Hands on experience with office equipment (laptop, printer etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred, but not required.
