We are seeking a receptionist/front office helper to join our team. In this role, you will be reponsible for managing our front desk and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a key role in making a positive impression on our visitors and providing essential support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Generate work orders.
- Submit online requests for utility locates.
- Register vehicles monthly with Comal County tax office.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries.
- Order office and cleaning supplies.
- Assist office manager as needed.
- Assist owner as needed.
Qualifications:
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be dependable.
- Able to work part time afternoons (12:30 - 4:30) Monday through Friday.
- Hands on experience with office equipment (laptop, printer etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred, but not required.
